Jummy is an International Consultant and Speaker on Organisational & Leadership Development, Wellness & Resilience and positive psychology coaching. She is also a highly experienced Educator, Trainer and Researcher with more than 20 years’ experience.
She is a qualified Organisational Resilience and wellbeing expert who has experience of running flourishing and well-being projects and using positive psychology coaching to implement organisational change.
Jummy is a great advocate of using positive psychology tools to achieve engagement, performance and flourishing in different facets of life in order to achieve ‘flow’ and abundance.
Jummy holds a PhD in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship; graduate of positive psychology and applied coaching psychology and a Wraw practitioner. She is also a certified workplace conflict and mediation expert.
She is a visiting lecturer (VL) at many reputable institutions both in the UK (Imperial College Business School) & overseas (University for Foreigners of Perugia Italy). She also manages International partnerships in Greece, Malaysia and Germany.
She has initiated and led several projects on improving staff retention & engagement by using positive Psychology interventions. As an Equality and Diversity (E&D) expert, she leads on developing E&D strategy and develops programmes to improve gender parity, inclusive workplace and monitoring E&D data. Jummy is very passionate about developing female talent pipeline and encouraging more women into leadership positions.
Jummy has expertise in delivering Diversity and inclusion training and implementing mentoring schemes to develop talent pipelines. She is also highly skilled in developing and facilitating in-house programmes and 1-1 coaching.
